Shipping policy

Delivery in Belgium

We currently deliver within Belgium. Standard delivery costs €7 for orders below €90 and is free for orders of €90 or more. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

We dispatch in-stock orders within two business days after payment. Delivery takes up to five business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Express delivery is not currently offered.

If you need personalisation by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the preparation time with you.

Free pickup in Antwerp

Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order free of charge from Belle Enfance, Leopoldstraat 17, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. In-stock orders without personalisation are usually ready within 24 hours. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email before visiting and bring your order confirmation.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, contact info@belleenfance.com or +32 486 26 08 86. Belle Enfance remains responsible for the goods until you or a person you designate receives them. Your statutory rights apply if delivery is late.
