Refund policy

14-day returns for online orders

You can withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days, starting on the day after you receive the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day. Sale items have the same withdrawal rights.

This policy applies to online orders placed from 1 October 2026. Earlier orders retain the return terms that applied when they were purchased.

Start a return or cancel an order

Open your customer account, select your order and choose the return or cancellation request. Before an item is fulfilled, you can request cancellation there. You can also withdraw by emailing info@belleenfance.com or writing to the address below. Please include your name, order number and the items concerned. A clear statement of your decision is enough; the form below is optional.

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to withdraw, to:

You pay the direct cost of return shipping for a change of mind and arrange your own return shipment. There is no restocking fee. Keep proof of postage.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please handle it carefully and return it with its tags and original packaging where possible. Missing packaging does not remove your withdrawal right. You may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item's nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds

We reimburse you within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first. For withdrawal of a complete order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.
